Eyewear is optional but not required. We would recommend wearing the eye wear for your first few sessions to get used to the bright lights. If you do choose to do do it with just closed eyes, we recommend looking down as opposed to directly into the light. If you have any concerns, please check with a healthcare professional.

ProRed devices use a wavelength of 850nm for our near infrared LEDs. The human eye can only see wavelengths of up to 760nm.

The treatment area must be fully exposed to the light and not covered by clothing. Therefore if you where just treating your top half, you could simply remove the upper body clothing.
